FAQ
Q1: I have never learned any kind of dance. Can I pole dance?
A1: No problem. Actually 70% of the members of our studio had never had experience of dance before, to say nothing of pole dance. You can rely on the pole when you lift / move / spin so people who are not confident with physical ability could enjoy acrobat and dancing with pole at their own pace.
Q2: How should I dress for the lesson?
A2: Keeping the posture on the pole requires expose thighs, legs, arms. (Bare skin sticks metallic pole and that is why pole dancer can sit still on the pole) You might want to bring cardigans or shirt, leg warmers in case you feel cold while stretch laying on the floor (especially winter time). It is okay to wear high-heeled shoes and boots, except for Basic class.
Q3: I want to diet. What kind of dieting effect does pole dance have?
A3: To speak extremely frankly, if you want to just lose your weight and thin down, exercise like walking or swimming would be the shortcuts, not pole dance.
